Frederick in Service went out of his way to help us when on April 30 when we lost our exhaust system on a weekend trip. The tow truck dropped our Rondo at Gareau Kia at 4:57 pm on a Friday and even though they were closing Frederick took time to assess the repairs, put our car in the shop and arranged a dealer courtesy rental car for us to drive home to Gatineau. Incredible service!”
