Some last minute appointment cancelation after waiting 4 weeks to get the appointment! However after my first time mentioning the problem I heard back immediately from the management that wanted to contact me and find out more about the situation in order to avoid this issue in the future! So for me this was enough to say that they really care about the customers and just because one person was not doing their job right doesn’t mean that the rest of the people are not professional
