The service department is staffed by Harry, also a super guy always ready to help. They really go the extra mile for service. And the friendly atmosphere is relaxing, you are treated like family there. Need a new car or repair for your VW, go and see the gang at VW Lachute!

(November 3, 2019, 4:58 pm)This was the 4th VW dealer I visited looking for a used Passat. I was planning on visiting 2 more that had the car I was looking for , but didn't need to.
Their service and professionalism is top notch. No pressure, honest and clear transactions.
I still have to pick up my Passat, but I'm sure everything will be fine.
Great experience with Martine in financing, Pierre in sales, Yan and everyone else.
