Emilie suggests several stages for each of the movements, which allows us to have a course adapted to our condition or our differences.

In addition to being an excellent technical teacher, she rocks our souls and allows us to free our minds during a session. His approach is human and personalized according to your personal needs. I would recommend to anyone.
