Staff are very helpful and bilingual.prices are very sensible and the gym it's self is spread out enough that it accommodates everyone's needs without stepping on toes

Clean place, great equipment with a wide variety of plate loaded and fixed load machines as well as free weights, squat racks, cable and pulley systems and cardio machines. Has plenty of lockers and showers as well as a sauna. There's a woman's section and group classes a massage therapist and personal training sessions available.

One of the best layouts of any gym I have seen. Very clean and at a fair price.
