The best griot in town!!
The service was great, the food quality and the room spotless.
Wow, as mentioned in another comment: looks like this is unique to Bas Saint à Laurent!
I'm talking about the Fleurs Karaibes restaurant. Very accommodating and nice tropical decor. Lots of space for meetings! If ever bcp alcohol is part, you are in a hotel!
I have tried most of the restaurants / snack bars that serve this kind of Creole dishes in the area of Montreal and this is definitely one of the best I have tried.
Comforting and filling food. Perfect after a long day at work.
Don't make the mistake of not trying "cabrit" (goat)
I can't wait to try the buffet on Sunday!
Oh, and the tropical juice is delicious!
Long life to Karaibe Flowers!

Wonderful hotel! We spent two nights there and we were able to relax and discover this little corner of Quebec.
The grocery store is ready and it has a small SAQ corner if you ever need a small glass of wine at the end of the day...
The room we had booked was super cute and the double bed was more than comfortable. The room has a small fridge, a coffee maker and a small table.
If you ever need a small kitchen area, the hotel has a small place with oven and sink.
The new owners are super friendly! The hotel side has been renovated and they are in full preparation for the opening of a restaurant with a Haitian / Quebec flavor.
It's great since in Saint-Alexandre-de-Kamouraska, there is no small restaurant.
I can't wait to go back, plus there's a beautiful lake nearby with a boat ramp and a small wharf (Lac Morin).
It's worth the detour! :-)
