Quality Inn Rivière-du-Loup

Quick stay here as we were driving across Canada from Halifax to BC.
Wesley was incredible and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and assist us with everything we need. He wouldn’t even take a tip. Would stay again if driving back through.

We had an amazing stay here. Wesley at the front desk was so phenomenal with our check in. He made us feel so welcome and at home. He went above and beyond to make us comfy. We arrived at night in the rain on a motorcycle. The best hospitality we have ever received at a hotel. Salt water pool was lovely and the room was very clean with nice sheets and a newly renovated bathroom. Breakfast was included and very nice. Can't say enough good things about this hotel. And Wesley definitely deserves a big raise! Merci Beaucoup Wesley! 😊

The hotel is nice enough, good location, very friendly staff. The breakfast was ok, it was definitely nice to have it included. However, the rooms are old, and while this is not a big problem, for the price we paid (equivalent to a nice hotel in downtown Montreal), I would expect more. It's just overpriced.

The hotel is located on the roadside, which is very easy to find. Parking is convenient and free.

We were greeted warmly. The guy on duty today was very warm and friendly, giving us a lot of information, about hotel and interesting places nearby.

The decoration of the room is not that fancy, but the room is large and fully equipped, especially the bathroom, which is very convenient.

The breakfast is included. I was supposed when I saw my favorite “sans-lactose milk” in the fridge, it’s first I got it in a hotel!

Very good service, very convenient location, very intimate room facilities, this is a good choice for our trip.

Happy with our two experiences here. Parking lot is spacious and well lit. Small, well kept playground with slides and swings in the back...very appreciated touch. Staff were all friendly and professional. Bilingual staff on each time on phone and at front desk. Rooms were very, very clean. Pool was excellent! Breakfast was great. Hot options of waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, toaster station and cold options of yogurt, fruits, cereal, hardboiled eggs, cheese. Lots of options for juice, coffee, tea, etc. Really liked the extended hours for the pool as well as the early start for breakfast.
