Excellent course this morning with Melissa as part of their open house. The studio is really well designed and the yogi explains well the breathing techniques of Pilates. I learned a lot about pelvic pelvis ?. See you soon!

Was in Bromont for a few weeks over the holidays. Amazing studio in Bromont and great vibe. Enjoyed both studios and Rachelle's energy. I will make a point of coming back when i visit again in the summer. Had a great time. Merci Rachelle. Ciao Bernard
