(January 20, 2018, 2:30 pm)Warm atmosphere, the 2 coaches and owner are wonderful, welcoming and patient with beginners and very motivating. The owner also has her nutrition course to offer a monitoring service in weight management and food plan. I highly recommend to all sports and training enthusiasts !!
