Hydromel Charlevoix

Great welcome! Marc made us taste very good product and taught us a lot about the art of honey. We were surprised by their production of mead PET-NAT. Tastings are very affordable and enjoyable. We left with a very good gin, a pot of honey and a hot honey sauce. The place is very charming. I encourage anyone who is in Baie St-Paul to check it out.

Look if you want a good experiance and learning something new about alcohol with a bunchof passionate people. Than this is the place for you. They have a large selection of products that covers a large palet of aromas and intensities. I recommend the taster every time because their product are susceptible to the variations in the honey from season to season. Charming spot right in the busy area of Baie St-Paul. I never had hydromel before and felt very welcome and educated after.

Sometimes the unexpected brings with it unexpected pleasures - as was a visit to this place.

With a focus on honey based wines and spirits, this was something new, tasty and definitely worth a visit.
