I can no longer do without my Amma therapy long therapeutic compress. She saves my life every day! I suffer from chronic pain in one arm and the hot compress gives me so much relief on a daily basis. 60 secs in the microwave for over 40 mins of pain relief, that's a no-brainer. The fabric is very comfortable and the smell of heated buckwheat is soothing. I also have a small sachet of lavender to help with relaxation, which I leave in a drawer to perfume my clothes.
