“2013 Ford Edge with a dead battery and blown fuse on a Friday afternoon. We were enroute to NB from ON. One person there spoke English, thankfully, and explained I wouldn’t have a diagnosis until the following Wednesday. (Ugh). So we rented a car, with his help and we continued with our trip, leaving the Edge at the dealership. I got a call on the Monday after and with parts ordered my car should be ready buy Wednesday. Good news. We picked up the car on our way back. Under the circumstances, not much could be done without the parts (I’m surprised they didn’t have that fuse in stock). Thank you Nicholas, it could have been worse.”
