We’ve experienced something we wouldn’t have thought possible! The best purchasing experience ever! Purchasing cars has always been something we’ve despised starting from pushy sells people to the inconsistent information or the lack of knowledge from the staff, this, however, was not the case at MINI Brossard, Dominic helped us choose the right car for us and showed EXTREME patients even if we didn’t give him the best of directions from the get-go and advised us he was not on commission and was here to help us find the car that fit our needs. At first, I doubted the comment; however, in no instance did it ever feel like we were forced into the purchase or even attempting to oversell his product and stayed honest from the start to finish. Small details that we appreciate that we would not have expected from other dealers, such as the time me & my wife wanted to actually test drive the car together and on the way to the dealer we hit a pothole and broke 2 of our tires. In our head that was it we would have to postpone driving our future car. This occurred about 20km away from the dealer. My wife was able to get a ride to the dealer and once I got our car to the respective garage, Dominic & my wife test drove the car to pick me up to finalize our test drive. We really appreciated the transaction as everything was finalized over txt or email making the trips back & forth to dealer something from the past.

I would like to thank John, Ben and Stephanie for getting me into my dream Mini. I was buying from out of town and had to do all of my dealing over the phone and through email. Thank you John and Ben for your patience with all my questions. When I arrived to pick up my car the team was there to welcome me and provide the time to acquaint me with my car. A wonderful experience.
I was working on my wife’s MINI and broke an auxiliary coolant pump, needless to say, an unfindable part. Called these guys and they had ready within 48 hours at around $55, which is less than the “jobber” websites! I couldn’t make it in to get it before the service department closed, no problem they left it at the counter for me to get between 17:00-21:00. Even the coolant was lower priced than big name places.
On another occasion, we loitered around the cars waiting for another car part and the receptionist came over and kept us company, no pressure, never got the impression we were bothering anyone.
Now if only I could get the MINI running I could bring it in for an inspection.
Spoke to a very informative and extremely polite salesman named Benjamin about a car for someone in my family. 100% will be dealing with him in the future again and I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to head in a have a chat with him. Thanks again.
I find it very difficult and painful to purchase a car because I’m far from an expert; it’s a large purchase and I want to make sure I’m spending my money wisely. Benjamin answered all my questions (and there were many) with patience and expertise. Although I didn't purchase the Mini, I felt compelled to write about my experience. It’s easy to make confident decisions when you feel supported. Highly recommended!
