Excellent service by Benoit Lachance! He took the time to explain everything he could and provided sound professional advice (which I followed). He helped me save money and time on my visit there.
The services otherwise are also commendable. They offer shuttle service to, and from, common points on South Shore (Metro Longueuil, Terminus Panama etc.).

Went to get my car serviced. Always a good service here with reasonable pricing and the people are nice. I was served this time by Benoit Lachance. He and the other service technical counsellors have always given a satisfactory service. My car, even though damaged by myself, was always top shape and still is running quite well.

This is my first car purchase so I had many questions. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions immediately. He made the process very relaxing and without pressure. He also offered a test drive so I would feel comfortable with my car choice.

When I went to pickup the car, Guillaume was there to help me (as Samuel was off the evening). He explained thoroughly the papers and made sure I understood before I signed anything. He also offered me a detailed demonstration of the car before I left.

For a first time car purchase, I had a very pleasant experience at Groupe Park Avenue and I would definitely recommend!

The service rep, Mr. Benoit Lachance, smiley and welcoming, always gives us (me and my wife) a peace of mind that our car will be taken care of. Everything is often impeccable and spotless. They often go beyond what you expect from a service! Even if there is an issue, they feel responsible to act quickly and resolve it.
