Park Avenue Audi Brossard

Just bought an Audi S4 from Marc Andre，bring me almost the best offer in the market. Very patient, knowledge and easy going guy! Highly recommended if you are considering shopping an Audi!

I had been shopping around for a new car for a few months and was referred to Park Avenue Audi Brossard by a close friend. I have been all around town to numerous dealerships and manufacturers, and I can safely say that not one came close to the professional, expedient, and friendly service I received from the team at Audi Brossard (in fact, for quite a few dealers, I had to CHASE THEM to move the process along and reply to my questions...not the case at Audi Brossard!!!) The whole process was seamless from start to finish and I walked in for a test drive on Monday and finalized the transaction and picked up my car on Friday.

Pierre-Alexandre Chasle is an excellent sales associate who was always available to answer any question via email or cell. You can tell he is extremely passionate about the automotive industry and knew his Audi products inside and out. He was able to arrange for a test drive on quite short notice and followed up with me repeatedly to make sure my questions were being answered and my needs being met. Louis Dupras (the sales manager) was exceptional and worked hard with Pierre-Alexandre to not only find the best car for me and my needs but also at very competitive market rates. Both are first-rate professionals. Julie Bérubé (the financing manager) made the credit approval painless and did an excellent job explaining additional coverages (I took both the excess wear & tear and prepaid maintenance packages as I definitely wanted to do A-Z maintenance with this great team). Her expertise made the legal documentation a breeze to review and sign on delivery day. A+ to the whole team I dealt with!!

All in all, after a few months of searching across numerous dealers I finally ended up here by a referral and got the car of my dreams. The dealership and this team have won my business for the foreseeable future and I am quite excited to start my relationship with the Audi brand and Park Avenue Audi Brossard.

I was shopping for a high-end SUV and visited most of the dealers from the Park Avenue Group. Audi was the most distinct from all other high-end car dealers. The parking lot was often full, and the Audi dealer was kind enough to offer valet parking.

From the beginning to the end of the transaction, they tried to make sure we left as a happy customer! And they sure did.

James our sales director took the time to ensure that we bought a car based on what really wanted and not just upsale us on a more expensive version. He is very knowledgeable about the different trims and vehicles and we also had the chance to test drive two different vehicles!! We will get our new car next week and I am happy to have dealt with such a professional salesman.
