Excellent... Service Department professionally took care of a recall item, seasonal tire change, annual inspection. Car came back clean and ready for many more miles of enjoyment!

I bought a used Audi Q5 from Brossard Volvo. Jay Zapata delivered great service along the entire journey. Upon delivering the vehicle, he was extremely knowledge and walked be through all the electronics on the vehicle. He was very professional and I never felt that he was pushing and pushing, like other dealers. He was very prompt at returning my calls and emails. Thanks Brossard and thank you Jay

Thanks to the Technical Advisor Albin for his impressive customer service. Clever and close to the customer need. Thanks to the mechanic as well for the job done, specialty to clean the inside. It was a huge job and the car felt like new after.

What a change…. Be aware that Volvo Brossard has a partially new management team and it is a blessing. I had the pleasure of meeting M. Pascal Villeneuve, General Manager at Volvo Brossard this morning and it was a great experience. He listened to my concerns, immediately fixed what needed to be fixed and agreed that a number of things were not where they needed to be. He assured me that changes are coming and I trust him. I had the same negative opinion as most of the other reviewers and now I do not. It is incredible how listening and making good can totally change someone’s opinion about a brand or a dealership. Before this morning, I was convinced I would never buy again from Volvo Brossard and now I can say that if my next car is a Volvo, it will most likely be from Volvo Brossard.
