Developed an Excel based software for Elemental Cost estimating during design period for more efficient cost advice todesigners and a rapid response to and estimate of the evolving project cost during the design period. This estimate can be converted with reasonable ease to trade format towards the end of the pre-contract phase for bidding purposes.
• The versality of this software allows for estimating in any formats required by the clients such as by location, by function etc..
Wrote an innovative International Management Fee Contract based on FIDIC to allow for fast-track approach to international contracts.
Appointed as one of the three panel members of an Arbitration tribunal, by the Québec Ministry Of Health, Canada
Appointed as expert witness in a Mediation case in Toronto, while employed by Construction Consultancy Services, for the roof replacement cost (worth $15.0m) of Terminal T3 of the Pearson International Airport in Toronto, Canada.
