Centre Médical St. Hubert

Les médecins sont formidables ils voient a la santé de leurs patients .Le seul problème , on parle de cet blonde qui est arrogante qui travaille comme secrétaire et bcp on choisi d aller ailleurs , tant qu' a moi , je l ignore ma santé avant toute chose et dans tous les métiers, il a de la pression , possible elle a bcp de pression ce jour là , du moment elle fait son travail ce qui compte

Jusqu'à présent, j'avais toujours fonctionné avec la prise de rendez-vous, qui est très efficace. Pour la première fois, j'ai dû me présenter au sans rendez-vous (avec quelques craintes vu les commentaires), mais ça s'est très bien passé. À 7h45 j'arrivais en clinique et à 8h25 je voyais l'infirmière, puis 15 min plus tard je voyais mon médecin. La réceptionniste était très sympathique! Petite réserve sur certaines secrétaires, lors des appels, qui sont très peu chaleureuses.

The doctors here are very friendly and helpful specially my doctor, dr Toye is very professional and even goes out of her way to try to help you with exams and appointments she will call you a lot of times herself to give you results and ask how you are.
The nurses too, are very polite and friendly .
The waiting time is good usually you don't wait to long for appointment.
They have a sans rendezvous in the morning but only for the patients registered at the clinic.
The ladies at the reception could be a bit more friendly and sympathetic to us sick people,when we call for appointment it seems we are bothering them and they aren't to happy to answering the phone but because of the good service of the doctors this clinic deserve 5 stars.

The doctors deserve the stars, they are friendly, professional in all their glory (I worked there for a shortest time).
The secretaries are unbelievable (especially the blonde one) unfriendly, not helpful, they do not assume their responsibilities, no team spirit, the list goes on with admin...
