“A friend suggested dr. Sierra Dupont because he has been his patient for over 20 years, so I gave him a shot after reading positive reviews. I have to say, he I wasn't in the least disappointed! Dr. Sierra is very calm natured and very patient. He is one of those rare doctors who takes the time to explain everything, answer questions and actually listens to the patient. It showed he has years of expertise. He prescribed me an oil for my nasal passage to keep it lubricated and explained how to use it as well. Excellent dr who i highly recommend and will continue to see. His secretary was also very sweet. The only thing that is a bit difficult, is the parking but i promise you, its worth it nonetheless! I ended up finding indoor parking on a parallel street (on mackay).”

“Me and my husband brought our 4 month old here for a hearing test. It was more expensive than I thought it would be. 55$ for a quick test. The test is fast, which is good. The woman who performed the test knew how to speak English, but would only speak French with my husband. I did not understand anything she was saying and it would have been nice to know what she was explaining. When you work with people and you are bilingual, why would you skip the oppurintuty to speak so that everyone can understand you? Not impressed.”

“I was referred to Dr Marois for a severe erectile dysfunction. After a first appointment was needed for an evaluation. A second appointment was necessary to do a Doppler ultrasound . He discussed the options and I finally decided to have a penile implant surgery. His staff were prompt and helpful in setting up the appointments. At our last meeting Dr Marois and his nurse took the time to fully inform me about the procedure, it’s benefits and Risks and my options and expectations. I went away from the last meeting with a date set up for the procedure process. As a 63 year old man I really appreciated their respect for my wish for the procedure. The procedure was a success and I have not needed any further support from Dr Marois, although it is available to me. Throughout, Dr Marois and his staff were friendly, responsive to my needs and concerns and made the whole process very smooth and satisfactory. I strongly recommend Dr Marois to any man thinking of this procedure in a private setting.”

“The doctors here are very friendly and helpful specially my doctor, dr Toye is very professional and even goes out of her way to try to help you with exams and appointments she will call you a lot of times herself to give you results and ask how you are. The nurses too, are very polite and friendly . The waiting time is good usually you don't wait to long for appointment. They have a sans rendezvous in the morning but only for the patients registered at the clinic. The ladies at the reception could be a bit more friendly and sympathetic to us sick people,when we call for appointment it seems we are bothering them and they aren't to happy to answering the phone but because of the good service of the doctors this clinic deserve 5 stars.”
