Le délais de livraison prévu était de 2 semaines, ce délais a doublé et personne ne m'a avisé. Il m'a fallu appeler plusieurs fois pour savoir qu'est-ce qui advenait de ma commande. Même scénario pour recevoir des conseils d'entretien ou pour acheter des produits d'entretien. Le service que j'ai reçu dans ce magasin est de loin le plus médiocre que j'ai reçu comme consommateur. Il m'est même arriver de me river à une porte close alors que j'avais rendez-vous avec le gérant. ”
