“They had what I needed, which was a specific bi-pin lightbulb, which is good, and i was happy the online store showed they had this in stock. HOWEVER, I appreciate one of the workers asking me if I needed help, but I think it's a bit silly to ask if I need help then be unable to answer my question, nor take it upon oneself to seek out other colleges who may know. In addition, la madame n'etais pas bilingue, qui est aussi problematic. When I got home, I had issues with the new light anyways, because I'm not an electrician. All to say: 1) Train your employees to tackle technical questions (it is a hardware store); 2) At least train them to take initiative to find out the answer by consulting other colleages; 3) Bilingualism, je parle anglais et francais, je pense que toutes les personnes dans la service a la clientelle devrais etre capable aussi (It's our pride here)”
