“The apartment was really nice, very comfortable and with all the necessary appliances for a long stay. The view to the river was very nice. However, in the early documentation sent to us it was mentioned the apartment had a BBQ, which it didn’t, and that the chimney was functional, which it wasn’t. Furthermore, The check in is very late (5pm) while the check out is rather early (11am). Furthermore, the information to access the building was sent too late; same day of arrival at 5:30pm. It should be sent early in the morning at the latest; it is not a guaranteed that everyone has internet access.”
