“Friday, September 21st. Right now it’s a minus one star. They took the measures for the countertop September 6th. It was supposed to be ready in ten days. No problem. On September 18th they confirmed that the countertop would be installed Friday, September 20th. Friday, today is actually the 21st but okay. So I am waiting and through the Kitchen contractor ask exactly when they are supposed to arrive? Turns out the countertop still hasn’t been done. Now it will be treated as a rush job and they are supposed to come on Tuesday, September 25th. I am royally “annoyed” that they confirmed delivery just three days ago when it turns out the countertop hasn’t even been done. Wednesday, September 26th. They arrived as promised and installed the countertop. It is exactly what we wanted. The installers were professional. Overall, I’ll give them a three star rating.”
