Chez Matante

Un endroit surprenant et délicieux ! Ca vaut certainement un détour !

We went for lunch at Chez Matante and everything was excellent, from the coffee and beans to the bacon and homemade bread! The breakfast poutine was unique with its brown AND Hollandaise sauce and then are good cheese curds from the Coaticook dairy. You can really feel the attention to detail and the love for local products. The restaurant offers a menu different from others while serving comforting and delicious dishes. The retro atmosphere is very successful and warm. The staff are smiling and you feel welcomed as if you are part of the family, I can't wait to go back for dinner.

By far one of the best restaurant I've been to, it's clearly worth the detour, staff really welcoming and warm and everything on the menu is excellent !!

planning to come back for lunch or dinner soon.
Just a little difficult to locate, if you don't know the area
need some signs i believe they are waiting.
