“Their quality is fantastic, some of the best cabinetry I've ever seen. However, I asked them for some custom design work, and it was poorly designed, did not take installation into consideration or the finishing of the final configuration. Their Sales and Customer Service team was unhelpful and confrontational. Had to engage my dealer rep to convince them they had missed components. After months of discussion, they sent an expert installer over who confirmed parts were missing and that the design was flawed. However, Cabico never offered assistance in installation or a re-design, literally said it was manufactured as designed. Do not hire them to design anything custom for you. Their stock product is great, but don't be creative with them.”
