“We dropped in recently because spousal unit read on - line that they had changed their model to more healthy food alternatives. Looking at the packaging confirms that they are very health focused with lots of great choices - with a complete ingredients list that includes calories. Healthy is great but food has to taste good and this sure is - quick shot in the microwave and you have something good to eat and good for you too. Staff is very helpful and well versed in what they sell too”

“Very clean grocery store. Unlike certain other grocery stores, the fruits and vegetables are always fresh, clean and delicious. I'm unfamiliar with the meats counter but everything is very well displayed and nothing looks old or spoiled. The shelves are restocked practically all the time. You can get your beer bottles and cans refunded here.”

“Great customer service. I don’t go here often but it’s usually busy and not much parking on the street level. Underground there is a lot. At night time not a lot of cashiers. That’s the only issue. Otherwise, staff is friendly. You have to bag your own groceries.”
