“As well as a good way to get around, the water taxi is a lovely break in your day. A few minutes out on the beautiful water, breeze, sparkling air, fresh oulook. I took it from the canal to Gatineau and walked around the grounds of the museum along the water for a bit. Then i wandered back to the little dock to call the taxi, but it was already heading our way. There's a yellow telephone at each dock. You pick it up and the water taxi pilot answers. That easy.”
