I am able to process my order as smoothly as it can be with the great help from Bruno. Fast and efficient customer service! Excellent!!! Thanks for all the help! We can’t wait for our order to come!

I purchased a Human Touch massage chair two and half years ago from Erikson Consumer through Amazon.ca. The chair, sadly, after 2.5 years of daily use ceased to function. I contacted Erikson to see what could be done. To my surprise my phone call was answered (by a person!) and I was quickly transfered to someone who could help. The Product Manager was very helpful and understanding. Due to the lenght of time since I purchased the chair, it was necessary for Erikson to first contact Human Touch. I was expecting this process to take weeks or months, but I received a message back after just a few days. My issue was resolved above and beyond my expectations. Top-notch customer service and they stand behind their products. The next massage chair I purchase will defintely be through Erikson Consumer.
