Simply the best company ever! - I had my high-end receiver ARCAM AVR-850 failing on me - no more video on any HDMI port. I contacted JAM for guidance and they lined me up with their highly qualified tech which walked me through a plethora of tests to see if not only the root cause could be identified but also simply resolved. Overall the technician spend almost an hour with me to my surprise. When I ended up later on fixing the problem myself, I offered JAM to pay for their time which they refuse - They stated "Just happy to help". Never seen an honest and generous company like that. I have a background in electronics and the information provided lead me to fix the problem) - I know that may not be the case for everyone, but it shows the honesty, integrity and professionalism of the company. Oh and not last, Kyla their client liaison -- What a delight to interact with. Just blown away by my experience!
