Management is a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive, always available to answer questions and continuously working to make sure we are happy and comfortable.

Overall very happy with our choice to live here and looking forward to summer so we could enjoy the outdoor pool!

Excellent apartment! Moved in one year ago this August. Building is kept exceptionally clean due to our Concierge Daniel. He is always on top of things. Keeps the outside in great shape. Clientele is more mature people who value their apartments. Best to keep it that way. Notices are always posted which is wonderful. Pet friendly which is great. Quite building. Rent increases are quite high. No complaints so far and hope it stays that way.
I personally hope we continue with the services of Daniel.

Amazing staff!! Honestly, the way they maintain this building is incredible. I was shown everything in such a professional way. Treated with respect and was taken care of! I cant wait to get settled I'm.and enjoy the views and comfort of my new home. They also accepted my dogs with welcoming arms

Staff is supportive and kind. In particular, Mr.Danielle is always the first to come when there are problems within the apartment. For the last several years,Danielle has always been there for us, even on very short notice and he always arrives with a caring and helpful attitude. He makes my family feel comfortable and safe living at Monteverdi House.

Having a wonderful experience staying at this place! The building is clean, well maintained and taken care of. Building manager is very supportive and responsive to the tenant requests especially Danielle who has always gone above and beyond in providing assistance when required!
