“Absolutely wonderful service! I bought their carpet fringe protector online and it was shipped but never arrived (thanks Canada Post). When I contacted the company to request delivery info they put a trace on it but in the meantime they went ahead and shipped a replacement at no charge via UPS. It arrived in a couple of days. I haven't used it yet but I expect it's a great product and I highly recommend these folks. I'll review the product when we apply it.”
