“I’ve been going to this store for 10 years now and usually we get great service but for the first time today I felt uncomfortable in the store. The manager or whatever his position is, sort of followed me and my mother around the store. We both had mask and despite there being multiple people with one that doesn’t cover their noses he chose to only vocalize to her that if it doesn’t cover her nose he’ll get fined. As stated before, usually get amazing service but was disappointed today. I may no longer be a loyal customer after this. We understand that there are requirements that need to be met but no one should have to feel like they are being carefully watched while grocery shopping.”
