Sa douceur, son respect, la justesse de ses suggestions, mais aussi son professionnalisme ont été exemplaires. Les choix offerts étaient de bon goût et je n'ai jamais senti de pression. Stéphanie a été une guide parfaite. C'était une période difficile, mais Voluntas a permis de la naviguer en toute confiance. Je recommande sans réserve.

Her nonjudgmental support in all the choices and decisions demanded of us in the early days after the loss of a loved one were so kind and thoughtful. We particularly appreciated the availability of simple, low cost options often not available at other funeral services. Many many thanks to Stephanie and staff.
