Thank you for a job well done from beginning to end. Excellent service. The facilities are clean and bright. Lots of natural light from the large foyer. Since the funeral home is always for sad events, it is soothing and comforting to have good surroundings. The personnel were kind and attentive. Their computer system is very modern. As they type our needs in their computer, it also appears on a large screen on the wall so we could follow everything that we agreed upon. Julie V. Was very generous with her information and did not try to sell us any extra services we did not need. She explained everything in detail and her advice was simple and straightforward. Their prices are reasonable compared to similar services in the vicinity. It includes 4 hours of services from a psychologist to help deal with the grief and 30 minutes of advice from a notary. She also told us what to expect from the government authorities and prepared the paperwork quickly so that the money coming from the government would arrive ASAP. On the day of the viewing we had help from Julie A. And later on from Laurie. The coffee was excellent and refilled in a timely manner. At the end of the evening, although tired, we felt we were treated with respect and compassion. We also requested the services of a gentleman to transport the urn from Yves Légaré to the cemetery. This service was very professional and helped us have a good decorum for the burial. All in all, we are very satisfied with the services received and will recommend them to friends and family in times of need and bereavement. And last but not least, they have a new laboratory and crematorium in Ste Dorothée, which is open to families who need to be with their loved one for their traditions. Thanks to an excellent team who helped us in our time of need.
