Great place to get a customized workout! Not a cookie cutter gym and probably the best place I have worked out at in the past 15 years and I have tried a few in the west island. Adi, the trainer is awesome! Peter and Deven the owners, pay attention to details, the cleanliness of their gym and know each client by name! One of the best part of my day: my morning workouts at 3t3 with the sunlight pouring in! Go have a chat with them it may just change your perspective on fitness!
