Clean, fast service, friendly staff and great management.

This is usually my go to Tim Horton during the week.
The staff is amazing, always smiling and pleasant !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Nadia in the morning always greats me with a smile and knows my order even before I say hello.

There were a few issues over the years , missing items , wrong items etc but they always fix the problem right away which I appreciate.

This Tim Hortons is generally like all the rest for their layout internally the how clean it is which is very good. The reason why I'm giving them only three star rating is because I'm here for a week in the city and stop in here or drive through here every day and every time I asked for a bagel it's cut only through the top layer the bottom is barely cut through even so if you order something very sticky like the French toast Maple Bagel you no matter what have to use two hands to tear it apart and it just rips it not even close to where that knife would have been cutting it and it says happened every single day you either have to buy new knives or by somebody with a stronger arm that can cut through a Hot Bagel.

It's clean and nice. The service is fast enough.
