Despite there being other bubble tea places around Kirkland, Top Tea is one of the only bubble tea places in the city. They have a large variety of drinks and many toppings to choose from. The place is clean, there are places to sit down and enjoy your drink and the people who served us were attentive and very friendly:)

(November 26, 2023, 3:15 am)The bubble tea is very authentic and one of the best I have ever tasted. I forgot to take pictures until I was almost done drinking it, because it was so delicious. Ha-ha.
