(September 9, 2021, 9:17 pm)Small studio but cozy. Cant fit no more than 7 women with the instructor keeping the distances due to Covid. I really liked my program. It was literally an intense workout that showed the very same night. Will come back.

I have been a virtual client since the start and despite that I have never lost the motivation or desire to keep going. The classes are equal parts fun and challenging, and you always feel great after completing them. I 100% recommend!!
