I highly recommend this yoga studio! The teachers and the classes are amazing! 🤍 I only started practising about 2 months ago and I am already in love with yoga and the way it makes me feel. So grateful I walked into this wonderful studio 💓

Asha is community!!! The instructors, the music, the ambiance allows you to dive into your practice. I have a soft spot for the free flows, and being able to play through sequences crafted by my favourite profs. Love you guys!! Thank you for creating a safe space to deepen my practice.

After trying out so many Yoga studios throughout the years, Ahsa yoga remains my favourite.
The atmosphere is super welcoming, the instructors are professional and helpful, and there is always a range of classes, morning, evening and night.
I’ve started as a beginner and have gotten better with time, by the help of the instructors at Asha yoga!

Best Yoga studio in Laval. There’s something about this studio that sets it apart from the others and it’s the teachers. They are all different in their own way but have a common energy and goal to make you love yoga. Try all of their classes and you’ll find out what I mean.

Best hot yoga studio! Very clean and zen. The instructors are very good, always positive and encouraging. They have a vast array of classes that you can choose from depending on one's mood and need. I would recommend it to all yoga lovers.
