(February 21, 2019, 2:03 pm)The customer service is awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, great bikes. We are driving two ERÖ bikes and have put on 1400 kms within the last few weeks and had no trouble whatsoever. It is so much fun to cruise along the bike paths, especially in Montreal, and explore new places. We can drive more than 100 kms on one charge and the batteries have still some energy left. To add to this review: in a month we drove in total 2200 kms (northern Ontario to Nova Scotia) and the bikes performed great. I hope iGo brings out a bike with a belt drive soon ????
