Throughout the process, Jonathan kept us up to date with the progress and provided regular report on the situation. When the table was finally ready, I was positively surprised that despite me choosing to pick up the table - we live 2 hours from Montreal - they offered to ship it for free to us as a way to apologize for the delay. The table was huge (more than 220 pounds) and probably costed them a lot to ship. This truly shows how much Jonathan and team care about their customers and are willing to go the extra mile to keep them satisfied. I highly recommend them and would definitely buy from them again.”
