  We had a great time doing the guided kayak tour to Rock Island. Our guide, Gabriel, was very knowledgeable about the area and very patient with us. He showed us around the island and gave us a lot of time to swim in the rapids, even though this meant our excursion went a half hour beyond what we paid for. Great experience and a lot of fun to discover a new part of our city!

  If you're into aquatics sports and adventure, this place is for you.
  
  They offer adventure rides on SUP (stand up paddleboard) where you can paddle for 12km downstream and observe the sunset. There's another one where you go under the moonlight. Both are stunning adventures. For under 90$, everything is including and they drive you and drop you off upstream. Mathieu was an amazing instructor for our descent!
  
  Yoga classes, sup fitness, kayak classes, SUP surf, etc. I have not tried those yet.
  
  Staff is friendly, rental prices for equipment is fair and they have week and weekend schedules packed with choices at different hours.

  Good place to spend a weekend in the summer. They train any newbie coming in for the first time who wants to experience the adventures of water surfing, kayaking, SUP, rafting etc.

  Took SUP Discovery course with them. Had a great day. Great instructor and a fun workout especially when we went along the rapids current in the end.
