“Last tire change they sent me to another location. (N.D.G.). This was after calling and trying to book an appointment for a few days. N.D.G. was pretty empty, but they took it a while to sort everything out, and then do the tire change. Today, they made an appointment but forgot to bring the tires back from N.D.G. So, I have to take another day to get the tires changed tomorrow. No one on staff took the time to confirm of they had the tires first. Very unprofessional.”

“Went there to get my winter tire changed. After they tried really hard to pressure sell me complete brake change. They looked really upset that I turn down their suggestion. I don't think I'll come back. The guy at the front was really friendly. Mechanic and the other guy in the bad were really on the pressure sell. Mechanic didn't even explain why the brakes had to be changed.”
