“Excellent! We had a badly clogged kitchen drain for a few days and tried all the suggested remedies before accepting that we really needed the professionals. Our unit's owner contacted this enterprise, and the next day Paul the plumber was at our place (a Saturday morning, no less). He was able to clear maybe 10 years worth of accumulated grease, hair, and sludge that had solidified into a brick from deep in the plumbing and finally cleared the blockage. He also replaced some badly installed pipes to prevent it from happening again and fixed up some leaks. Throughout the process, Paul was extremely professional and explained what he was doing in detail. Highly recommended.”
