They took my old fridge away for free, and when I decided I needed my fridge door to swing the other way, they sent a technician to my house see if it was possible. When it wasn't, they exchanged the fridge for a different one and waived the delivery fee! Very impressed with their service. So much better than dealing with a large company - really personal and helpful.
