(March 2, 2020, 8:04 pm)I have been enrolled in Iyengar Yoga classes at Espace Created for 3 years. It's now part of my life, I can't do without it. The atmosphere is friendly and the courses are very well structured. It is pleasant to frequent this place and the benefits of the courses are perceptible both physically and psychologically. Special thanks to Carla who makes this place a place of well-being.
