“This place was recommended for some freshly grounded coffee beans and a good variety to choose from (international choices). It's the 1st time in the store. Seems like a nice place to actually sit and enjoy a great cup of coffee. By the way, we also had our eye on the desserts they looked amazing. Looking forward to ordering the combo dessert and coffee on our next visit. Friendly customer service.”

“The food was delicious, the staff were super friendly and great at providing recommendations. Inside, it is a bit small but during the summer it's nice because there's a terasse in the front(on the road) and another in the back. They also have vegan options and have flavored lemonade which was descent.”

“Great food, great coffee, but what really stands out the most is the team. They have a casual -but still very functional and professional- vibe which makes you immediately feel at ease. Great music, great space, all great. My only thing to mention, which may or may not be possible to fix, is the sound of banging the espresso portafilter (thing you hold onto) to get the espresso out. It is unbelievably loud, but this is at every cafe, not just Columbus. Other than that, it's great :)”

“We regularly buy coffee from this place. It is a great choice for coffee lovers who wish to try different coffee varieties. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and will assist you in choosing the coffee variety that will match your preferences.”

“I love that there's a bubble tea place in the neighborhood and that it's got a good variety of flavors! I took off one star, because it was supposed to be open today, but when I arrived it was closed. Maybe there was an emergency and the person scheduled couldn't work, but I think there should be a Facebook page or something for last minutes changes to their hours online. Still doesn't deter me from visiting again though!”

“Nice pasta place with wide selection of dry and frozen pasta. Also sells many home made pasta sauce that pairs well with different types of pasta. The owner is very friendly and enthusiast to give recommendations as well as provide information on how to properly prepare different pastas. Worth a visit !”

“Service and staff were great. Feta pasta with lemon butter sauce was meh.”

“Mature french vintage vibe going on that elevates the hipster atmosphere of the mild end. It's a pretty empty and spacious place for a cocktail bar and I wouldn't describe it as cosy by any means.”

“What an amazing find. The food was so amazing, so tasty and fresh and served on beautiful pottery plates which come from local artist. We have quite a few dishes, coffee and lemonade and everything was just perfect.”

“Great small cafe. Staff is very friendly and they have good ice-cream. My kids love this place”

“My go to place for late night studying sessions with a nice cup of flat white. I love the ambiance and the staff. Especially the one that works after midnight, he's very welcoming and nice with everyone. Food wise, their 3 cheese pizza is delicious and my fave. The samosas are good too although a bit pricy in my opinion. Can't wait for this quarantine to be over already so I can go back regularly. For now, at least they're open for take out.”

“A great spot to study, catch up with friends, or just drink a good tea. The service is great, and the prices are reasonable. The space is large with many tables, good lighting, and calm music, which makes it a great environment to study for finals in. Chai Tea Lounge has a wonderful selection of teas, and is my go-to spot close to campus!”

“very cute cafe. I went in here just because I decided to have coffee last minute and was a bit hungry. It’s a very student friendly environment, I see a lot of students studying and meeting up. I really like a cafe with food options and their hor chocolate is already really good! it gets pretty busy here”

“Food looked good, however fruit was raw ( woody banana, tasteless strawberry and sour Raspberry) Crêpe itself wasn't bad but nothing to write home about, at least the server was nice enough. Overall I think you can find better in the neighborhood if you look other than eating at a chain dinner.”
Address: 220 Rue Rachel E, Montréal, QC H2W 1E3, Canada
“This place makes some of the most unique drinks and delicacies in town. I beg you to try the tea flavored puddings! The tea is always served perfectly. Oh, and this is the only truly GOOD matcha latte I've ever had. Don't expect the average laptop-invaded café, you'll find peace and human connection here.”

“It took me a long time to write this review because I selfishly don’t want so many people coming here, but this is my favorite cafe in the neighborhood. I must have been at least a dozen times since they opened in July. They make some of the best & flakiest croissants in town. Above all, the staff is warm & always welcoming.”

“Such a cute space! I always pass it by when I'm in Montreal and I'm so glad I finally stopped in. The Lucky Charm lattes are such a fun treat and the mocha is absolutely delicious. Will be returning!”

“Great place to work. Not too expensive either. A bit small and the stools are pretty uncomfortable though.”

“Great coffee and selection of roasters to purchase. The best spot is in the back on the couches :)”

“I come here for the Matcha Latte and to people watch all the cuties. I can easily spend hours in this relaxed lil place. It’s hit and miss for seats for two or more but if your solo there is usually plenty of spots to cozy into. Amazing cookies and Vegetarian options on the menu :):):)”

“Cool vibe, but not a lot of electrical outlets for studying and I payed 10 dollars (before tip!) for one scone with creme cheese and tea, so pretty expensive! Would go somewhere else, there is a bunch of great cafés in the area!”
