(May 27, 2019, 1:11 am)The service was very poor. I asked if they would deliver same day and was immediately told no, then she changed her answer and said yes. She took my order and told me the delivery guy would have my number if there were any problems. She also did not provide the total cost she would charge for the flowers. They delivered to the wrong address (a neighbour), threatened there would be an extra delivery charge if that person did no accept the flowers and on top of it forgot to attach a card so the person didn't even know who was sending the flowers. The flowers were nice though. Too bad the service is shoddy.
