My tweens love the styles here and so do their friends. But the service is consistently sub-par. Today, we came for a gift card boy to find out that they open at 11am and not 10am like the rest of the mall. The employees were inside, so I called to ask if they could let me in just for a gift card. They, of course couldn’t let me 10:30am. Perhaps the cashes had not yet been opened, but I couldn’t wait an extra half an hour due to an appointment and had to leave. And sooo the gift card had to come from another store. During COVID, I would think that companies need to do more to keep their customers, to maintain their competitive advantage and not jeopardize a sale by offering less hours than their competitors, who happen to be in the same mall do.
