I am a regular Banana Republic customer. Out of all the other BR stores, this one stands out the most in terms of service. Vicky and her staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They go out of their way to please their customers. I highly recommend shopping at this location if you want good service.

The staff is amazing and I love the clothing. Problem is the in-store policies and prices makes it hard to justify buying in-store instead of online. Exemple I bought a shirt 13 days ago and it's now 50$ instead of 120$. The online would adjust the price easily but the store is limited to 7 days limit on price policies. So baseline .... sadly just buy online.

A very good overall shopping experience, with the prices a tad high. BUT a very excellent product as a whole(i purchased numerous pairs of jeans). I would recommend to another. Do not be shy to hit up the staff every now and then with questions , they are more than willing to assist.

They have a nice assortment and staff is fairly helpful, store is clean etc... However, on two recent occasions when I bought something, the person was very poor at folding my purchases. I think the staff should be trained better with this. When I buy something new it should be folded properly and with care. I can accept this at Winners (I fold my own) but not at the prices i pay at BR.
